Bringing in team members from across the country and all levels of the company, we undertook the complex task of completely redesigning Transwestern's Intranet. We distilled hundreds of disorganized pages into five categories and under 30 pages, vastly increasing usability and updating the site to a modern SharePoint architecture with custom sections, icons and intuitive navigation.

Our team worked with IT to create an interactive dashboard and a personalized news feed, bringing important company announcements and information straight to employees from the local regions and departments specific to their position. We also improved the search funtionality, directory and the Request for Proposal Library, and created a "sticky" bottom footer with quicklinks to the employee's most important internal apps and resources, amongst many other improvements.
